Hi, I’m Monique — and I’m So Glad You’re Here
I’m Monique Martin, a full-service Licensed Esthetician in the state of Florida and the owner of Boca Skin and Lash here in Boca Raton.
I’m also a mom of three boys, which has shaped who I am just as much as my career. Joey is currently serving in the United States Air Force, Chase is a Fire Fighter applicant, and Dylan is still grabbing life by the horns and figuring out his own path. Being their mom has taught me patience, resilience, empathy, and the importance of creating safe, supportive spaces — lessons I carry with me into my work every day.
I became an esthetician during a season of life where many women begin asking, “What’s next?” After my kids left the nest, I felt a strong pull to do something new — something just for me — while finally leaning into a passion I’d always had for skincare and beauty. And honestly… what girl doesn’t love that world?
But this business is about more than skincare. It’s about rebuilding, purpose, and creating something meaningful again.
From Building Businesses to Building Confidence
Before Boca Skin and Lash, I spent years building businesses from the ground up — including one that grew to over one million dollars a year before being lost during the pandemic. Losing that company was devastating, but it also reignited something in me: the drive to build, to create, and to thrive for my own company again.
Every business I’ve ever built has been successful, and I’m incredibly proud that Boca Skin and Lash is growing with that same momentum — this time while allowing me to do something I truly love every single day.
My Philosophy: Skin Care Should Feel Good — Inside and Out
My goal is simple:
I want Boca Skin and Lash to be a place women, men, and teens can afford to go, feel comfortable walking into, and leave feeling confident and cared for.

As a mom, teens hold a very special place in my heart. I want teens to feel safe, comfortable, and confident trusting me with their skin. These years are formative, and the right guidance can make a lifelong difference — not just for skin health, but for self-esteem.
Parents can feel confident knowing their teens are receiving gentle, professional care from someone who understands both skincare and the importance of trust.
Building More Than a Business
One of the things I’m most proud of in my career isn’t just the companies I’ve built — it’s the people I’ve built them with. I still have former employees who remain part of my life and my children’s lives today.
Every business I’ve owned was run by single mothers, giving them the ability to work while their kids were at school — so they could be fully present as moms when their children were home. That flexibility mattered, and it still does.
My hope is to grow Boca Skin and Lash into a company that can once again provide that kind of opportunity — for women, for families, and for the community.
