1. Appointments & Booking

Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or through direct communication with Boca Skin and Lash.

By scheduling an appointment, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Complete any required intake forms prior to service
  • Arrive on time for scheduled appointments
  • Notify us of any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or skin concerns that may affect treatment

Late arrivals may result in shortened appointment times or cancellation depending on scheduling availability.

2. Deposits, Cancellations & No Shows

Certain services may require a deposit to secure your appointment.

Deposits are:

  • Non-refundable
  • Applied toward your scheduled service
  • Subject to forfeiture if cancellation policies are not followed

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may result in loss of deposit and/or cancellation fees.

No-show appointments may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service amount and future appointments may require prepaid booking.

3. Service Results Disclaimer

Results from skincare, facial, lash, and beauty treatments vary based on:

  • Skin type
  • Medical history
  • Lifestyle habits
  • Home care
  • Treatment consistency
  • Individual response

Boca Skin and Lash does not guarantee specific results.

4. Medical Disclosure & Client Responsibility

Clients agree to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, medications, pregnancy status, recent procedures, or skin sensitivities before treatment.

Failure to disclose important information may impact treatment safety and results.

Boca Skin and Lash reserves the right to refuse treatment if services may present a health or safety concern.

5. Refund Policy

All services are non-refundable.

Due to sanitation and product safety standards:

  • Opened products cannot be returned
  • Gift cards are non-refundable
  • Promotional services and package pricing are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

6. Gift Cards & Promotions

Gift cards:

  • Cannot be redeemed for cash
  • Are non-refundable
  • Must be presented at appointment if required

Promotional pricing, discounts, and specials:

  • Cannot be combined unless stated otherwise
  • May have expiration dates
  • Are subject to change without notice

7. Website Use
